Design a high-converting landing page to support brand awareness and maximise user participation.
Actions:
* Led CRO and UX strategy, designed layout in Figma.
* Full Shopify dev build, Gleam sweepstakes form integration, countdown timer and newsletter sign-up.
* Implemented engagement-focused UX and referral mechanics.
Results:
* 7,902 actions from 3,082 users (13.68% CVR) in the first 2 weeks.
* 1.9K IG follows, 866 signups, 1.7K surveys, 221 referrals.
